Hubs and I have been working hard in our garden over the past few days... Creating this new area in which to sit. Its as formal as we get in our little patch, but I'm pleased with how its turned out...
I wanted to include some photos of the beautiful foxgloves flowering at the moment - Storms are on the way tonight and so they may not still be standing by this time tomorrow... :(
THIS SEEMS TO BE "THE" YEAR FOR FOXGLOVES DOESN'T IT? (oops sorry for caps) For some reason they are everywhere here- inthe hedgerows, the fields (well the ones that aren't sprayed) great clusters up in the woods, and arriving almost overnight in our garden...all places that I don't recall seing them in such abundance in previous summers?
Well done to you. The garden always gives so much pleasure despite the hardwork. I love the foxgloves, I have the wild ones everywhere here - each year I wonder where they're going to come up, they always amaze me in the fact that they naturally choose a good place where they look beautiful.
Fabulous, our garden has been suffering with the rain. Yesterday the foxgloves were looking wonderful, haven't been down to see them today though. Carol xx
