Bath Christmas Market.

I made a quick dash today, through the heavy rain showers, to visit the Bath Christmas Market. It is next to the Bath Abbey and is similar in style to the German Christmas Markets, with little wooden chalets selling decorations and various handmade crafts. There were some beautiful hand made soaps, candles and festive foods, as well as pretty Scandinavian heart decorations and primitive folk art style wooden Santas and snowmen.

It is on until Sunday 10th. I would like to have visited in the evening, because I think it would have a better atmosphere with all the fairy lights lit-up - I could also have some mulled wine then too!
Loved this mirror, but it wasn't for sale!
I did buy three of these though...at 3 for the price of 2 in Laura Ashley! I think they will look pretty on our Christmas table with some evergreen branches and berries.

  1. Hi Niki, Bath is a wonderful place, you're lucky to live so close. I imagine the lights at the Christmas Market will look beautiful. What a shame that mirror isn't for sale - I LOVE it! Clare x

How nice that you have Christmas marked in the UK, similar to the German ones.
