Each one was then trimmed with a vintage flower, buttons, and glass and pearl beads. They would make a pretty little stocking filler, or tucked in a gift of lingerie maybe?
Also, just to say, that I will be at the Bristol Vintage Fashion Fair on Sunday. If you are interested in coming along, please go to www.bristolvintagefashionfair.co.uk
They are gorgeous. I wish I lived closer to come to the fair and see all your beautiful designs in person. But it's a long flight just for a fair, I don't think my husband would go for it:-(...Nel
ReplyDeleteThey are cute and sure smell good too! Have fun at the fashion fair Niki and I wish you good business!
ReplyDeleteI hope you have some of these left for the fair at Shepton - they're beautiful!

ReplyDeleteLavender...the herb that relaxes...I'm getting very sleepy.
ReplyDeleteThese are lovely, I like the little buttons and bits you have sewn on the tops, makes them so much more unusual than most lavender bags.

These are the prettiest lavender bags I've ever seen. Good luck with the fair.
ReplyDeleteYour lavender bags are beautiful Niki. I am hoping to go to the Exeter vintage Fashion fair in December. Are you going to that one too?
ReplyDeleteI came across your blog a few weeks ago and I love it. You have so many wonderful ideas, and I like you, love the look of vintage.
ReplyDeleteI will be back often and thanks for a vintage looking blog.
Thanks everyone for the lovely comments!
ReplyDeleteDonna, I have decided not to do the Exeter Fashion Fair. I want to keep December free. I have a very busy November- with Bristol, Shepton Mallet and then Cheltenham.
Hope you enjoy it though!
These sachets are gorgeous, may I copy them? ;-) I just tried my first crazy quilt heart yesterday but my skills still needs lots of improvings! Hope you had a great day at the fashion fair in Bristol.
