I've been using some of the lovely vintage hand embroidered pieces that I bought from Jill , in my work this week. |
There are several shoulder bags... |
Each with an embroidered central panel, and vintage floral fabrics surrounding it. |
This one was a little embroidered case, which makes a handy pocket on the front! |
I've also covered a plain pair of vintage shoe stretchers in a beautiful antique French fabric and velvet ribbon. |
The dresser is in the shop now. |
It would make a great storage/display piece in a sewing room. |
(We live in hope of one!) |
Gorgeous hand frame knitted mohair shawl. |
Oil lamp sold today - thank you! Its the 'Shepton Shop SoUlstiSSS' tomorrow and Saturday - More details can be found on Belinda's blog here. Enjoy the rest of your week,Niki x |

Parabéns pelo bom gosto.
ReplyDeleteFell in love with the stunning vintage fabric bags.
ReplyDeleteI love looking at all your creations. I remember something vaguely in my life and it was a pillowcase with a lady embroidered on it like you had here.
ReplyDeleteCan I purchase items on your site? Or am I not seeing how to do it? Marilyn M
ReplyDeleteHi Marilyn,
DeleteThank you for your interest. You have visited a very old blog post from 2012 here, back when I had a bricks and mortar shop. I have since moved house and sell mostly via fairs, plus a little online too, but due to the Coronavirus pandemic am taking some time away from the vintage/handmade scene, as all of my fairs have been cancelled this year. There is a link to my online shop top left, when things get back to a better normal. Thanks again, Niki
